Qeema Karela (Bitter Gourd + Minced Meat) Recipe
Ingredients Minced Meat Bitter Gourd Tomatoe Onion Green chillies Corriander Garlic Ginger Oil Spices Salt Red Chillie powder Black pepper Hot spices Corriander powder Cumin Seeds Instructions Take a pan heat oil in it Put bitter gourd and fry for 2 3 minutes Take it out Now put minced meat Add Ginger garlic onion tomato Green chillies some fresh corriander all mentioned spices and put 1-2 cups of water in it cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes till everything gets cooked Now take oil in another pan put some cumin seeds and pour this over minced meat Add bitter gourd,fenugreek leaves and fresh corriander Mix and fry again for 4-5 minutes Add 1 more glass of water cover and cook for 5-10 minutes till water gets dry and oil comes out Delicious Minced meat and bitter gourd is ready :)
