Easy Homemade Shawarma

Ingredients

Vegetables

Garlic

Ginger garlic paste 

Tomatoes

Cucumber 

Onions

Spices 

Salt 

Black pepper

Red chilli flakes

Shaan chicken tikka masala

Red chilli powder 

Others

Pita Bread

Mayyonaise

Chilli Garlic sauce

Chilli sauce  

Vinegar 


Instructions

Step 1
Salad Marination
Cut tomatoes,cucumber and onion into slices


 
In a bowl add 10 table spoon of vinegar,salt and black pepper according to taste 

Add chopped vegetables mix and leave for half an hour


Step 2 

For sauce
In a bowl add 10 table spoon of mayonnaise,chilli garlic sauce and 2 table spoon of chilli sauce
Add chopped 4_5 cloves of garlic,salt black pepper and red chilli flakes 







Step 3 

Boil chicken pieces remove bones and shred or take boneless chicken pieces
Heat oil in a pan
Put chicken pieces,add ginger garlic paste
salt,red chilli powder,red chilli flakes according to taste
Add 2 table spoon of shaan chiken tikka masala
Mix and fry till chicken turns golden brown








Step 4
Heat pita bread in a frying pan from both sides with 1 table spoon of oil till it becomes golden brown 



Step 5
Assembling
In a plate take butter paper or wrapping sheet 
Put pita bread
Spread sauce on it
Put some already marinated salad
Put fried chicken
Roll and wrap in a butter paper or wrapping sheet 



Yummy homemade shawarma is ready :)
