Ingredients Rice Speghettis or any other pasta you like Boneless chicken Ginger garlic paste Ketchup Oil Seasme Seeds Vegetables of your own choice  I added Onions Tomatoes Potatoes Capsicum Carrots Green Onions Spices Salt Red chilli powder Black pepper Instructions Step 1 Boil Rice Boil water add a little bit of salt and vinegar add white rice and let it cook. Step 2 Boil pasta Heat oil in a pan fry all vegetables add spices add vinegar soya sauce chilli sauce and little bit of tomato ketchup and mix Put boiled pasta mix and cook for some more time Step 3 For Chicken Gravy Heat oil in pan Add boneless chicken Add ginger garlic paste Add red chilli powder,salt and black pepper Add ketchup Add seasme seeds Add half cup of water and let it coom for 3_4 minutes Step 4 Make layers Take a Dish Spread white rice Then spread Pasta over it Then put Chicken gravy Spread some ketchup,mayonnaise and/cream or shredded cheese over it if you

Soft and Foamy Mix Vegetable Pakorhas Recipe

Ingredients Gram flour Cumin seeds Black cumin seeds Red chilli powder Salt  Chilli flakes Dry coriander Pinch of soda Baking powder Vegetables Onions Tomato Potato Green onions Green chillies Fresh coriander Instructions  Step 1 Mix all the dry ingredients Step 2 Add a little bit of water to make a thick paste    Step 3 Cut all vegetables like this Step 4 Mix in paste  Step 5 Heat oil in a pan Put paste mixed with vegetables with spoons in oil one by one in round shapes one by one  Step 6 When one side gets brown turn the other side Cook on medium flame When both sides turned light golden brown Take them out one by one and spread on tissue paper or newspaper to extract extra oil  You can also make only Potato,Brinjals or Green chilli Pakorhas by dipping in  same mixture like this   Then fry same like that and its done  Yummy pakorhas are ready You can serve it with green chutni or ketchup :)

Dhuan Qeema/Smokey Minced Beef

Ingredients Minced beef Oil Yogurt  Vegetables Onions Green chillies Fresh coriander Mint leaves  Ginger garlic paste Ginger Spices Salt Red chilli powder Red chilli flakes Black pepper Corriander powder Cumin powder Hot spices   Instructions Fry onions and cook until it turned golden brown  Mix yogurt,salt,red chilli powder,black pepper,cumin powder,coriander powder,red chilli flakes,hot spices,ginger garlic paste Put already fried golden brown onions in it and marinate minced beef in it for 1-2 hours  Heat oil in a pan Fry minced beef until oil comes out for 8_10 minutes Make a small bowl with aluminium foil like this Put already heated coal in it and sprinkle some oil drops/butter over coal and put this small bowl on minced beef and then immediately cover the pan with lid for 3 minutes  Garnish it  with fresh coriander,green chillies,mint leaves,onion rings and julienne ginger  yummy dhuan qeema or smokey minced beef

Ingredients Rice Chicken Oil Yogurt Vegetables Ginger Garlic Onions Tomatoes Green Chillies Spices Salt Black cardamom Corriander seeds Cumin seeds Whole black pepper Cinnamon sticks Method Step 1 Put chicken in a pot Add all above mentioned spices Add green chillies,half piece of ginger and some garlic cloves Cut 2 onions in two two pieces and 3 tomatoes in 6 pieces  and add in this pot Now add water double the quantity of rice you are going to cook I took two glass of rice so added 4 glass of water Cover and let it cook for half an hour After that remove all vegetables and solid spices with strainer and discard it Separate yakhni and chicken  Step 2 For rice tarhka Wash and soak rice in water till you are preparing tarhka For rice Heat oil in a pot Add two onions and fry till it turned golden brown Add 1 tomato,two green chillies and ginger garlic paste and fry Add boiled chicken in this pot and fry for sometime Add yogurt Add

Homemade Jalebi Recipe

Ingredients All purpose flour Corn flour Baking powder Sugar Oil Water Yeast Food colour (optional) Instructions Take 8 spoons of all purpose flour Add 1 spoon of yeast,1/2 spoon of baking powder and 2 spoons of corn flour Add water and mix to make a thin paste consistency should be like consistency of ketchup Leave this mixture for 1 hour After that pour this mixture in a squeezing bottel or piping bag with round tip Heat oil in a pan and start pouring this mixture in oil by making round shapes starting from inner side fry till it turned golden brown in color For Sugar Syrup Mix 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of water put 2 cardamoms in it and boil till it gets thicken I added food color also but its optional Put this mixture close to the place where you are frying jalebis so that you can immediately put fried jalebis in this sugar syrup Leave jalebis in sugar syrup for sometime then take it out in serving dish one by one yummy jalebis are ready :)

Salmon Fish Gravy Recipe

Ingredients  Salmon Fish  Butter/Oil  Vegetables Onions Ginger Garlic Paste  Tomatoes Fresh Corriander  Green Chillies  Spices  Salt  Black pepper  Peprika Red Chillie powder  Red chilli flakes Turmeric Corriander powder Hot spices Instructions  Heat butter in a pan and fry salmon fish from both side for 10 minutes till it changes its color or turned golden brown on medium flame  Now take fish out  In the same pan with same butter/oil for best flavour add cumin seeds and green chillies then ginger garlic paste and then add onions and fry till it becomes translucent Now add tomatoe sauce/tomato puree  Add all spices and fry  Add 1 and half cup of water cover pan and let it cook on medium flames till bubbles start appearing Add fried fish back and cook for some more time in gravy  Garnish it with some fresh corriander Yummy salmon fish gravy is ready :) You can serve it with rice or roti
