I made all these on a lamp stand but you can find a balloon ring for it in stationary shops or party supplies section
You can make it in any color matched with your theme
I am making it in pink white and golden color

Pink spirals or 2 half flowers in pink with white balloons in between

2 pinks on sides and 1 or 3 white in middle

2 pinks on sides and a column and row of  whites in center vertically and horizontally
