Easy and Soft Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour
Sugar
Oil
Butter
Baking powder
Baking soda
Butter
Egg
Vanilla Essence
Coffee
For decoration
You can decorate with anything you have
I used chocolate syrup,honey and cream




Instructions
Take a bowl
Add same amount of all purpose flour,sugar and oil
I added 8 scoops of sugar oil and all purpose flour
Add baking soda and baking powder


Add 2 spoons of melted butter and 1 spoon of vanilla essence
Add 1 egg
Mix and beat the mixture
In a cup take 2 spoons of luke warm water add 1 spoon of coffee,mix this mixture and put in main mixture
Put this mixture in a mould


I used random microwave safe box
Put it in microwave for 3-4 minutes but not more than that otherwise it will become soo hard


Take it out and check with toothpick
if its completely cooked or not leave it for sometime to cool
Now cut it with knife and decorate it the way you want
If you want to eat a hot cake its ready to eat already


If you want to decorate it,you can use anything which I mentioned before(honey,cream and chocolate syrup anything)
I cut it into 2 square pieces
Took one piece,spreaded some vanilla essence,some cream and honey over it and then put the other piece above it and repeated same process with some chocolate syrup
Yummy and easy coffee cake is ready :)

Masala Baingan (bringels or egg plant)

Ingredients Bringels Onions Tomatoes Green chillies Salt Red chillie powder Turmeric Coriander  powder Cumin powder Black cumin seeds Ginger Garlic paste Oil to fry Recipie Cut bringels & soak in salty water for 15 minutes In a bowl mix salt red chillie  powder black pepper corriander powder cumin powder ginger garlic paste  add some water mix it and  make a thick paste Put oil in a pan and heat it Put all the spices in oil and fry for 2 seconds Now put Onions and green chillies and fry Add bringels and fry it on high flame for sometimes Now cover the pan and let it cook on medium flame for 10 minutes Stir  instantly Add cumin seeds black cumin seeds and sonf in it and cover it for 2 minutes Add tomatoes and let it cook for untill it gets cooked Delicious masala baingan is ready :) You can serve it with white rice or roti
