Recipe Of Channa Daal

 Ingredients: 

Boiled Channa Dal

Oil

Vegetables:

Onions

Ginger Garlic paste

Tomatoes

Green Chillies 

Corriander 

Spices :

Salt

Red chilli powder

Turmeric 

Corriander powder

Cumin seeds

Bay leaves

Black cardamom



Instructions 

Heat Oil in a pan 

Put zeera Bay leave and black cardamom saute.

Put onion and fry till it gets golden,put a little bit water to make it soft.

Now put ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies.

Put Spices (Salt,Red chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander powder),put some water and let it cook.

Add Tomatoes puree and let it cook for some more time.

Put already boiled Channa Daal.

Cover and cook untill oil comes out.

Put 1 cup water if you want with little bit curry cover and cook for some more time.

Garnish with corriander leaves,chopped green chillies and ginger.

Serve with naan or roti.
