Aloo Ghobi ( Cabbage and Potatoes or Mix Vegetables) Recipe

Ingredients
Oil
Cabbage
Potatoes
Carrot
Tomatoes
Onion
Green chillies
Corriander
Ginger Garlic paste
Spices
Salt
Red chillie powder
Turmeric
Corriander powder
Black pepper

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Put cabbage fry for some time and take it out

Now put some more oil and heat it
Put onions and fry it
Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes fry till tomatoes gets soft you can add some water (I also add whole garlic at this stage in all vegetables and lentils because its good for digestion,later on we peel it and eat with the dish )

Add potatoes and carrot and fry till it changes its color


Add all spices


 Put water and cover it till tomatoes and carrots gets cooked


Add cabbage back
Cover and let it cook for 20_30 minutes on low flame
Delicious aloo ghobi or mix sabzi (cabbage potatoes or mix vegetable) is ready :) 
Add green chillies  and corriander at the end
