Fresh Beans and Potatoes ( Phalian Aloo) Recipe

Ingredients
Oil
Vegetables
Freshbeans
Potatoes
Ginger Garlic paste
Onions
Tomatoes
Corriander
Spices
Salt
Red chillie powder
Corriander powder
Turmeric
Cumin Seeds


Instructions
Cut all the vegetables

Heat oil in a pan
Sauté cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste
Add Potatoes and  fry
Add onion and a whole garlic (I put it in all vegetables and lentils because later on you just have to peel it and eat while eating that dish its soo good for digestion)


Fry for some time and add fresh beans mix and fry

Add all spices mix and fry for sometime

 Add tomatoes Cover and cook for some time on medium flame so that tomatoes gets soft

At the end add some corriander over it
Yummy Fresh Beans Potatoes (Phalian Alloo) is ready :)
