Moong Daal Recipe

Moong Daal
Oil
Water
Ginger Garlic paste
Tomato
Onion
Green chillies
Corriander
Spices
Salt
Red chillie powder
Hot spices
Corriander powder
Turmeric
Instructions
Cut all vegetables

Boil 3 cups water in a pan  add salt and some oil put moong daal cover and let it boil for 30 minutes on medium or low flame

Drain extra water
For curry
Heat oil in a pan
Add hot spices
Fry onions till it gets golden brown
Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste and fry

Put tomatoes

Add all spices add some water a fry till tomatoes gets soft

Add moong daal and 2 cups of water
Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes till it gets cooked and oil comes out
Add corriander green chillies and ginger and lemon juice

Delicious moong daal is ready :)
You can serve it with Boiled Rice ,Raita and pickle
