Nan Khatai Cookies

Before baking

Ingredients 
All purpose flour 3 cups 
Sugar 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Grinded cardamom
5_6
1 tea spoon baking soda
1 tea spoon baking powder 
1 egg yolk
Directions
Mix all the ingredients and make shape of cookies with cookie cutter
Paint all the cookies with egg yolk and decorate with pistachio or any other dry fruit you want 
Grease the oven tray with oil and put all the cookies in oven for 20_25 mins at 250 c  
Seprate cookies from oven tray after it gets cool down otherwise it will break


After baking

 Ingredients:  Boiled Channa Dal Oil Vegetables: Onions Ginger Garlic paste Tomatoes Green Chillies  Corriander  Spices : Salt Red chilli powder Turmeric  Corriander powder Cumin seeds Bay leaves Black cardamom Instructions  Heat Oil in a pan  Put zeera Bay leave and black cardamom saute. Put onion and fry till it gets golden,put a little bit water to make it soft. Now put ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Put Spices (Salt,Red chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander powder),put some water and let it cook. Add Tomatoes puree and let it cook for some more time. Put already boiled Channa Daal. Cover and cook untill oil comes out. Put 1 cup water if you want with little bit curry cover and cook for some more time. Garnish with corriander leaves,chopped green chillies and ginger. DIY Tin Box So we had this vase in our home My baby girl broke it So we have to throw that vase But I didnt wasted these flowers Gonna use that tulip flower somewhere else Also we had this empty cookie box we use it to put coins in it I really like this tin and its color So I didnt wanted to color and and leave it the way it is So what I did was Just took those flowers sticked it on tin box and here it is Looks amazing??  I  displayed it on our hallway table and it looks so classy  :) It only took 5 minutes to do all this :)
