Peshawri Nan

Ingredients
all purpose flour
instant yeast
sugar
salt
water
oil and butter
black cumin seeds
Directions
Take a cup of luke warm water put 1 table spoon yeast and 1 table spoon sugar in it mix it well and leave it for 5 minutes
In another pan take 1 cup of all purpose flour
put 1 tea spoon salt in it
put yeast and sugar mixture in it and knead it to a dough
put this dough in a bowl and cover it
leave this dough for 1_2 hours untill it raise
take this dough and make round roti with rolling pin
take a pan grease it with butter or oil put that roti on it
brush it with oil or butter from top
sprinkle black cumin seeds over it and top it with cheese if you want it cheesy
put it in oven for 20 mins at 200°C
yummy peshawri nan is ready
