Channa Daal Recipe
Ingredients
Lentils (Channa Daal)
Oil
Water
Vegetables
Ginger Garlic paste
Onions
Tomatoes
Corriander
Green Chillies
Spices
Salt
Red chillie powder
Turmeric
Corriander powder
Cumin Seeds
Solid dried red chillies
Instructions
Take a pan put 4-5 cups of water and boil it
Add lentils
Add Salt,Red chillie powder,Turmeric,Cumin seeds and corriander powder
Cover pan and let it cook on medium flame
Take another pan and heat oil
Put onions and fry it till becomes brown
Add cumin seeds,green chillies and solid red chillies and ginger garlic paste
When lentils becomes soft and cooked completely
pour this brown onions,green chillies,cumin seeds and solid dried red chillies over it as tarhka
Sprinkle some fresh corriander over it
yummy Channa Daal(Lentils) is ready :)
