Yogurt+Brinjals/Brinjal Rings/Burhani Baingan

Ingredients
Oil
Yogurt
Milk
Vegetables
Ginger Garlic paste
Brinjals/Egg plant/Baingan
Tomatoes
Green chillies
Mint leaves
Spices
Cumin seeds
Cumin seeds powder
Salt
Red chillie powder
Turmeric
Black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Put oil in a frying pan and fry brinjals from both sides till it gets golden brown

Step 2
In blender put tomatoes green chillies,ginger garlic paste, salt,turmeric and red chillie powder

Blend and pour it over fried brinjals
Let it cook for 3_4 minutes on medium flame and turn flame off


Step 3
In a bowl add yogurt,milk,salt, black pepper,cumin seeds powder,some cumin seeds mix and whisk

Step 4
In a dish put some yoghurt mixture

Then put brinjals+tomato puree mixture over it

Then pour remaining yogurt mixture
put some mint leaves over it and sprinkle some cumin seeds

yummy yogurt brinjals are ready :)
You can serve it with roti or white boiled rice or just with spoon
