Cauliflower +Potatoes / Aloo Phool Ghobi

Ingredients
Cauliflower
Potatoes
Onion
Tomato
Green chillies
Corriander
Ginger Garlic paste
Oil
Spices
Cumin Seeds
Salt
Red Chillie powder
Turmeric

Instructions
Heat Oil in a pan
Put cumin seeds,green chillies and Ginger Garlic paste fry for some time

Add onions and fry till it turns brown

Add Tomatoes put some water so that tomatoes gets cooked

Add Potatoes cover and cook for 5 minutes till it gets cooked

Add Cauliflower and fry on high flame for 3 4 minutes with stirring spoon

Add all spices mix

Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes on low flame till it gets cooked
at corriander on the top
I put olive oil at the end on every vegetable I cook

Yummy Cauliflower/Phool Ghobi is ready :)
