Recipe of Daal Mash / Urid Daal / Lentils

Ingredients
Oil
Lentils
Onions
Tomatoes
Green chillies
Corriander
Lemon
Fenugreek leaves
Ginger Garlic paste 
Salt
Red chilli powder
Turmeric
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan
Add onions 

Fry till it gets golden
Add ginger garlic paste & green chillies
Add tomatoes fry till it gets soft

Add salt red chillie powder turmeric & fenugreek leaves dried or fresh

Put a little bit of water and fry
Add daal in it and fry

Add some water so that daal become soft and cooked

Cover and cook on low flame for 15_20 minutes
Add corriander leaves and green chillies

Serve it with green chutni,Salad and chapati :)
