Shaljam Ka bhujia (Turnips)

Ingredients
Onion
Tomatoes
Turnips
Corriander
Green chillies
Spices
Salt
Red Chillie powder
Turmeric

Instructions
Cut all the vegetables

Heat oil in a pan
Put onions and fry for 2 minutes

Add all spices and mix it

Put tomatoes cover it and let it cook on low flame till it becomes a thick paste

Remove lid add turnips

Mix it,add 2 cups of water and cover it on low flame let it cook for 10 minutes untill it gets very soft
Put corriander leaves and green chillies

Let it be the way it is or if you want mashed turnips mash it with cooking spoon and serve it :)
