Journey of my baby from New Born to One year

So our baby girl was a premature baby

It was too challenging for both of us parents  to handle a new born baby
She was soo tiny 1.6 kg at the time of birth
Stayed in NICU for 9 days after her birth 4 days in incubator 3 days in open cart and 2 days stayed with me in hospital room
So for the first time when nurse handed her over to me I was totally clueless how to handle her
The last time  I saw a baby was my lil bro who is of 19 years now MaShaALLAH so I even dont know the abc of baby's related thing that  how to hold a baby,how to feed ,how to give her bath how to change dypis and her clothes etc
At start nurse gave me some training also I have searched each and everything about new born babies on internet from how to give a bath to a new born baby to how to change dypis :D

So first time when we brought  her home  we were soo happy that she arrived finally after that a new journey begun from sleepless nights to cold lunch/dinner cofee and tea
From bathing her to changing her dypis and clothes
From soothing a crying baby  to patting her back to  make her burp which lasts even for one hour sometimes
First 3 months were very tough with sleepless nights and numb head  of mine
Next 5 months were smooth in which we also went to Pakistan so got some help from other people, my mother and sister in laws also we started solid foods from 6
months
Tried different purees and mashed food from fresh fruits and vegetables ,
boiled rice and meat
After 8 months came another challange of teething
This phase was also very tough
Again sleepless nights with a crying baby totally clueless how to sooth her tried different teethers and alot of other tactics but pain was real
We both cried together in nights
A mother cant see her baby in  pain :(
She is of 1 year now MaShaALLAH and still in a teething phase also started learning how to stand without support and walking
She is a toddler now :)
This is how 1 year passed and many to go InShaALLAH

Ingredients Boneless Chicken Cubes Butter Cream 2 Tomato slices Ginger Garlic Paste Red chilli powder Salt Black pepper Sugar 1/2 cup water Cumin Instructions Take a pan put half packet butter ,salt according to your taste,ginger garlic paste,cumin and chicken cubes in it,fry till it gets brown. After that put tomato slices,black pepper,chilli powder,some more salt and little bit sugar,let it cook till tomatoes get soft. Homemade Cheese Pratharoll

Ingredients Frozen or freshly made pratha Mayonnaise Pizza sauce Chillie sauce Ketchup Soya sauce Vinegar Chicken/Egg Lettuce leaves Mushrooms/sausages or anything you want in filling Oil/Butter Cheese Salt Black pepper Oregano Red chillie flakes Instructions Put oil/butter  in a pan fry all vegetables/chicken etc,add mentioned spices and sauces For filling Fry pratha Spread sauces + cheese Put all things already prepared  for filling Top with more cheese Fold And put in microwave for 2 seconds for cheese to melt if you want it melted yummy home made pratha roll is ready  :) Serving Suggestion: You can serve it with mayo garlic sauce ketchup or green sauce For Mayo garlic sauce 1) Put mayonnaise in a bowl,add fresh garlic paste or garlic powder 2) Add salt + black pepper Done For Green sauce 1) Blend Coriander,Mint leaves + Green chillies 2) Mix this mixture in yogurt and its done :)

Well some babies born with teeth...yes you heard right it is possible...but normally babies starts teething from 4-7 months Signs They rub their fingers on jaws and takes every thing in mouth like your hand , fingers ,stole,shirt and rub on their jaws making some weird sounds :D Other symptoms are biting ,drooling,fever,diaper rash,Diarrhea,sleeplessness,fussiness,pulling ears etc How to comfort them first we should try home remedies as it is a natural process and if it doesn't work go for medicines like add more fruits and veggies to their diet give them cold gel silicon soothers,freeze fruits, put it in fruit pacifiers and give them,teething toys suitable for that age of babies Give them different teethers and discover which one your baby likes and can use easily,then take care of it and dont dare to lost it :D like my baby girl loves her banana teether out of all which I have given to her till now Now first teeth is here start clean it with damp clean washcloth ...

Simple White Sauce pasta without any vegetable and meat

Ingredients Pasta Oil Ginger garlic paste Butter All purpose flour Milk Cream optional Cheese Lemon Juice  Spices Salt Black pepper Oregano Red chillie flakes Instructions Boil some water in a pan Put salt and some oil Add pasta and let it cook On other side take a pan put butter in it Add all purpose flour and mix with wooden spoon Add milk and stir continously so there is no more lumps Add all spices some cheese and lemon juice Drain extra water from boiled pasta and pass it from cold water so it won't gets cooked further Take a pan add some oil add ginger garlic paste and fry Put pasta in it and fry for 2_3 minutes add red chillie flakes and black pepper  Add white sauce in it mix and fry some more time Sprinkle oregano and put some cheese over it Yummy easy and less time consuming white sauce pasta is ready within 15 minutes  :)
