Karhi Pakorha Recipe

Ingredients
Oil
Yogurt
Turmeric
Red chillie powder
Salt
Red chillies crushed
Corriander powder
Curry leaves
Fenugreek
Basin

Instructions
Add yogurt 4 glass water and basin in a blender and blend it
In a pan take oil
Add curry leaves fenugreek and cumin seeds and fry for some time and then add onion

Add red chillie powder and turmeric mix and fry
Add yogurt mixture from blender


Add salt and cook on high flame for 20 minutes with stirring continously

Now keep flame medium and cook for more 20 minutes
For bighaar
Heat oil in a pan
Put cumin seeds curry leaves and and solid red chillies fry for 2 seconds and pour it over karhi mixture

sprinkle some corriander and green chillies over it
Yummy curry pakorha is ready :)

You can serve it with hot nan or boiled white rice
