Chapli Kababs Recipe

Ingredients
Minced meat
Oil
Onions
Tomatoes
Corriander
Green Chillies
Egg
Corn flour
Spices
Salt
Red chillie powder
Red Chillie flakes
Dried corriander
Corriander powder
Carom
Black cumin seeds
Hot spices

Directions
Cut all vegetables
Take minced meat in a bowl add all spice and vegetables  in minced meat  and mix


Add egg and corn flour
Make round shapes
You can also coat it with egg and bread crumbs before frying


Take oil in a frying pan
And fry them
You can also bake it in oven like this

Yummy chapli kababs are ready :)
You can serve it with green chutney or ketchup or with roti or as an evening snack with chae :)
