Soft and Foamy Mix Vegetable Pakorhas Recipe
Ingredients
Gram flour
Cumin seeds

Red chilli powder
Salt
Chilli flakes
Dry coriander
Pinch of soda

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients

Add a little bit of water to make a thick paste

Cut all vegetables like this

Mix in paste
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan
Put paste mixed with vegetables with spoons in oil one by one in round shapes one by one

When one side gets brown turn the other side
Cook on medium flame
When both sides turned light golden brown
Take them out one by one and spread on tissue paper or newspaper to extract extra oil

You can also make only Potato,Brinjals or Green chilli Pakorhas by dipping in same mixture like this
