Simolina (Souji ka Halwa)

Ingredients
Oil/Ghee
Semolina
Sugar
Water
Dry fruits
Instruction
Step 1
Take a pan put half kg simolina in it and fry till it starts changing its color
Take it out
Step 2
Now take a pan heat 1 cup of Oil/Ghee or as much oil you want
Step 3
Put 1 cup sugar or according to your taste in it
fry till it becomes brownish
Step 4
Add dry fruits
Step 5
Put simolina in it,mix and stirr continuously with spoon
Step 6
Add 2 3 cups of water mix and let it cook till simolina gets soft and cooked completely with continously stirring
yummy simolina (souji ka halwa) is ready
Garnish it with some more dry fruits
