Salmon Fish Gravy Recipe

Ingredients 
Salmon Fish 
Butter/Oil 
Vegetables
Onions
Ginger Garlic Paste 
Tomatoes
Fresh Corriander 
Green Chillies 
Spices 
Salt 
Black pepper 
Peprika
Red Chillie powder 
Red chilli flakes
Turmeric
Corriander powder
Hot spices



Instructions 
Heat butter in a pan and fry salmon fish from both side for 10 minutes till it changes its color or turned golden brown on medium flame 


Now take fish out 
In the same pan with same butter/oil for best flavour add cumin seeds and green chillies then ginger garlic paste and then add onions and fry till it becomes translucent


Now add tomatoe sauce/tomato puree 

Add all spices and fry 

Add 1 and half cup of water cover pan and let it cook on medium flames till bubbles start appearing

Add fried fish back and cook for some more time in gravy 

Garnish it with some fresh corriander
Yummy salmon fish gravy is ready :)


You can serve it with rice or roti
