Afghani Chicken Gravy Recipe


Ingredients 
Chicken
Yogurt
Cream
Oil
Lemon Juice
Vegetables
Onions
Tomatoes
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
Fresh corriander
Spices
Salt
Black pepper
Fenugreek leaves
Hot spices
Chart masala(optional)
Seasme seeds
Black cumin seeds 


Instructions
Take 1kg chicken
Marinate it with lemon juice salt,black pepper,fenugreek leaves,hot spices and chart masala


In a blender add onions,tomatoes(optional),ginger garlic paste,green chillies,fresh corriander,a little bit of yogurt and blend it 


Pour this mixture over chicken
Take yoghurt and fresh cream blend it and also pour it over chicken 

Mix all these and leave marinated chicken for half an hour
After this heat oil in a pan and fry chicken pieces from both sides for 10 minutes on high flame and when chicken starts sticking to pan pour rest of the gravy cover and cook on medium low flame for 5_8 minutes till oil comes out 

Garnish it with seasme seeds and black cumin seeds 

Now heat some coals and put it in a  small silver bowl or a small bowl made with  aluminium foil,put this bowl over chicken add 2-3 green cardamoms,some butter and immediately cover the lid
This will give a nice smokey aroma to chicken
